A place for fun and leisure. Enjoy a drink or two, meet people from all over the world, play pool, or watch TV. Soak in the sunset - from inside, or outside on our big deck.

Shop & Off-license Bottle Store

If you've forgotten the basics, chances are we have it in our shop. Pick up bread, biscuits, milk and chocolate. The bottle store is open 9am to 11pm except public holidays.

Playground

Trampoline, slide and swing, with parkground picnic tables surrounded by nature. Swim and play in our guest-exclusive outdoor swimming pool.

Guest Laundry

Spend just three bucks and have your clothes smelling like roses again. Coin dryer and clothes line available.

Telephone, Wireless Internet

Card payphone available, with Cheap Chat cards and Vodafone top up vouchers available from our store. There is excellent Vodafone cellphone service on the East Cape, but no Telecom cellphone service at present. Internet access from 8am to 8pm via our password wireless hotspot. Use your laptop or one of ours to get online.

We reccomend you bring any special supplies you may need as shopping in the area is limited.

Petrol/Diesel

Please be sure to refuel in Gisborne or Opotiki, as we are 180km north of Gisborne and Opotiki is 150km to the south west.

Banking

The closest bank is about 1 hour away in Ruatoria.
